Consider me officially shocked
The butler service was exceptional, and the well-appointed room offered splendid views. Free pressing and a thoughtful breakfast set the tone for a lovely stay. Also, the hotel's prime location made exploring easy. Yet, some furnishings showed signs of wear, detracting a bit from the upscale vibe. Still, I will be back!

Unforgettable views but check-in chaos
Woke up to a stunning city view that took my breath away each morning, while the staff always greeted us warmly, making us feel welcome.
However, the check-in process was painfully slow, leaving us frustrated and waiting for our room much longer than anticipated, especially after a long journey.

I loved the spacious Grand Deluxe King Room with stunning skyline views! The jet shower was amazing and the dining at La Veduta was fantastic, but the bar was closed when we wanted a drink.

Oh, the shabu shabu at La Veduta restaurant was a savory masterpiece, fresh and packed with flavor! Plus, the butler service was next level, making all our dining wishes come true. Just a hop away, there’s the delightful French Bistro Rue D'or, which is perfect for brunching like a local.
Now, for some cheeky critiques. The free water in the mini-bar was a bit of a letdown—definitely not the fancy stuff we'd hoped for after a luxurious stay. And breakfast? Well, it was decent, but paying extra for fresh-squeezed orange juice felt a tad stingy for a five-star joint.
